Patrick O’Malley is a senior real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in investment, asset management, and portfolio optimization, having led transactions exceeding $5 billion in aggregate value. He currently serves as Managing Director, Real Estate Special Situations at CDPQ, where he leads the strategic restructuring and selective monetization of the institution’s global real estate portfolio. His position focuses on enhancing portfolio positioning, improving performance, and driving long-term value creation across core international markets. Previously, Patrick was the CEO of Tandem Infrastructure, an industrial real estate platform that integrated sustainable upgrades—such as rooftop solar and energy efficiency initiatives—to reduce carbon emissions and create new income streams for industrial assets. He secured a strategic partnership with a prominent alternative energy infrastructure firm led by a former Goldman Sachs partner, providing the capital and operational resources needed to scale the platform. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as Chief Investment Officer of New York REIT, where he oversaw the company’s growth from $30 million to $4 billion in assets under management and led its successful listing on the NYSE.
