With over 30 years of extensive experience in the architectural profession, Patrick Orrico provides leadership in project planning, design development and construction administration. His knowledge of new and existing building technology; codes and standards; and quality assurance procedures as well as his broad experience across a spectrum of user groups, and building types, involving new construction, additions, adaptive reuse and historic preservation makes him a key addition to any team. Specialties: As a Senior Level Architect, I have striven to produce and wish to continue producing architecture that is responsive to the environment, the community, the realities of economic pressures and most of all the needs of the owner and end user. I can use my strong architectural, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills along with my exceptional common sense to improve project services, delight clients and help and mentor others. All the while engaging in new challenges and learning experiences.
