About Patrick Peterson

Primary responsibilities at EHS Support involve characterization and remediation of contaminated Brownfield sites pursuant to state regulatory voluntary action programs for the purpose of reusing and redeveloping blighted properties. Mr. Peterson manages numerous projects in various states and is licensed to practice geoscience in the states/commonwealths of PA, TX, MO, KY, IL, TN, and WI. Other duties include overseeing all Phase II environmental site assessments, client manager, and project manager. Currently working on three projects under voluntary programs in PA, one in TX, and one in NC. Recently, completed a high profile Brownfield project in Lawrenceville, PA know as the Mews on Butler. Responsibilities as the project manager involved working closely with the developer, PADEP, and numerous contractors at an accelerated pace to address all environmental issues. A no further action determination was attained for the 3-acre Brownfield site and 68 high-end townhouses were constructed.
