Fraud Investigator with experience in multiple specialized roles, including (but not limited to): payment risk and transaction monitoring; account and device monitoring; source of funding investigations; enhanced due diligence requests; batch data pulls and meta-analysis; project management and productivity tracking; content creation and generating internal materials (procedures, definitions, etc.). Highly capable of learning new methodologies and techniques. Driven by curiosity and insight. Always open to new experiences and new constructive relationships. My career in fraud began in customer service at Varo Bank in April 2019 (then Varo Money), which is where I learned the lesson that Everyone Is A Fraud Investigator. My account notations and escalations for suspected fraud attracted attention from the fraud team, who recruited me for an internal promotion in October 2019. I worked as an entry-level analyst for roughly 2 years before heading up my own team of ACH and debit card transaction alert analysts as the ACH/Fraud Alert Coach in July 2021. From there, I was quickly recruited to Socure, Inc. as an Investigator, which is where I've happily stayed since February 2022.
