As a recognized IT expert, Patrick actively contributes to the establishment and review of IT architectures and to IT operations optimization for his customers. His business acumen, his excellent knowledge of IT trends and his comprehensive knowledge of Oracle technologies allow him to rapidly become a trusted advisor for customers’ business analysts, architects, project owners and IT executives. In this role, Patrick: • Works with IT people, business analysts and LOB to understand their objectives and/or problems to be solved; • Collaborates on large Business Intelligent Customer Project to properly position Oracle Solution. • Collaborates with customer’s architects to make sure they properly understand and position the Oracle offering and contribute to establishment or review of architectures; • Leverages the Oracle eco-system across North America to maximise the value of the solutions he develops and presents to customers; • Regularly contributes as a SME to help his strategic customers take advantage of Oracle’s extended portfolio when solving their IT problems; • Creates and delivers presentations on Oracle Solutions (e.g, DB, MW, Apps’ Applied Tech, Engineered Systems, Cloud IaaS, PaaS) for his customers in different industries (e.g, Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail); • Sets up and delivers technical workshops to move sales cycles forward to technical wins; • Represents twice a year Oracle with the regional user group (ORA*GEC) to promote Oracle Solution and share customer successes.
