As the Lead FSR for BAE SYSYEMS at TACOM I was responsible for the day to day work requested from the engineers for Team Caiman and Team RG33 which may have included the logistics of movement the vehicles from building to building, fuel, vehicle inspections, helping with the shipping and receiving the vehicles from the testing sites and the production site. Traveled to various test to conduct training to the soldiers and civilian vehicle testers using my knowledge of ABIC (Army basic instructors course) Also responsible for the maintenance of the BAE contact service vehicle assigned to TACOM which included the DOT inspection and daily maintenance. Prior to serving as a BAE Systems FSR I was a electronics technician building wiring harness and installing electrical and electronic components on prototype vehicles and upgrading production vehicles with new electronic and electrical components. As a technician at G.M. I worked with the engineers to test vehicles from passenger cars to medium trucks, the testing included high speed, low speed, high G and installing / removing components. Managed the maintenance shop for the RED X team and would travel to various plants with engineers to perform root cause analysis. Achieved Apprentice status from G.M.U. statistical engineering course for Shannin. While working for FANUC Robotics help I the company achieve and maintain their ISO status. Helped the internal auditor before the external audit was performed. Was the lead technician responsible for two paint system builds from the ground up, here I was responsible for the day and afternoon shift build books and troubleshooting and customer run-off.
