I´m a passionate young professional with comprehensive knowledge in semiconductor technology and in project management gained in more than 10+ years of practical experience. Collecting first experiences as development engineer for thermal depositions and rapid thermal processes. In function as team leader of 10 engineers successfully established a transistor flow on customer request. Gained even more insight into semiconductor technology as company contractor by supporting the integration of an embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) in a gate-first process flow. Taking over increasing responsibility as project leader of a public funded research projects on eNVM and customer project for eNVM in CMOS image sensor. In the role as Project Manager ensuring successful completion of projects, while motivating the team to accomplish the project goals by complying the timeline. Furthermore, gaining insight into power devices for ATV applications. Refining a wealth of skills during the project work with international customers in intercultural communication as well as building up and maintaining a professional network.
