With over 25 years in the aviation industry, I’ve built a career on delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and results-driven leadership. Currently serving as Director of Operations for the Americas at Lufthansa Technik OEI (Original Equipment Innovations), I oversee regional operations across North and South America, driving performance, consistency, and innovation at scale. In parallel, I continue to lead Montreal-based production activities, managing a highly specialized team focused on Cabin Management Systems (CMS) and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) support. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in production line support, I’ve contributed to the growth of the Montreal team into a strong, reliable unit known for its rapid response, technical precision, and consistent performance in a complex regulatory environment. Fluent in both French and English, I bring a multicultural approach to leadership, with a strong focus on cross-border collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with Lufthansa Technik’s global mission. I’m passionate about bridging engineering, operations, and customer experience to deliver value in every aircraft we touch.
