About Patrick R. Johnson

With over 10 years of experience as a commercial transactional attorney, I am currently the AVP, Senior Counsel at Lincoln Financial Group, where I partner with in-house clients (primarily senior executives) to provide legal guidance and support for Lincoln's general account commercial mortgage investments and corporate facilities teams. I am passionate about helping the company achieve its strategic goals and serve its customers with integrity and excellence. Prior to my current position with Lincoln, I served as outside counsel to developers, businesses and lenders in commercial transactions (both regionally and nationally) and advised clients with regards to the development, leasing, financing, and structuring of investments and corporate operating facilities. My experience includes significant representation of clients in the renewable energy, industrial, telecommunications, retail, medical, hospitality, multi family residential, life insurance, and office sectors. I also have experience advising clients on entity structuring, formation and maintenance, blue sky laws, corporate matters, tax matters, construction matters, real estate related disputes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
