About Patrick Rafferty

Upon graduating from University of Ulster in 2003 with a 2:1 BEng Hons Degree in Electronics & Computing, I joined Intel Ireland as a graduate Product Development Engineer in Sort wafer test and presently work as a Senior Technical Engineer. Electronics is my certified discipline but ultimately my passion is solving problems and have a consistent track record of identifying, root causing, fixing and preventing future issues during my 18+ years. As a leader, I have a proven track record for delivering results by guiding product development teams to meet our customer needs. Being able to develop a team which possess cross functional skill sets, are self-organizing, self-managing is hugely satisfying for me. As a Chief Engineer / Product Owner for 1 scrum / Product owner for multiple scrums – I have lived these results!
