I take my personal leadership seriously and am invested in the success of my team, my business and the store. I effectively lead through my leaders and the impact that I have made on their personal leadership is evident. I focus on getting ahead of the business through effective planning and communication with my team and other leaders. I do my best to be a partner to my leaders at all times. I ask my leaders what they need from me and how I can be a better leader for them. I do my best to show that I value them and also value their opinion. Through consistent communication with my leaders, I am able to set expectations for the team, as well as focus on driving results. I am not afraid to address performance concerns and help the team grow. I hold specialty sales team members to high expectations, consistently analyzing whether or not each team member meets the expectations of a specialty sales team member and address each team member or situation in order to improve the business. I challenge myself to access my decision making and ensure I am always making the best decision that will ensure a brand experience for the guest, while also driving sales.
