About Patrick Reeves

Patrick Reeves is a Senior Analyst for the West Central Customer Service Operations team. He plays an integral role in the success of digital pillar strategies, projects and initiatives for the West Central Field. He supports initiatives related to Go-To-Channel launches, employee incentives, system enhancements and projects that impact the customer and employee experience. Additionally, he analyzes and identifies trends in reporting to bring value back to the business and improve key performance indicators. He began his career with Verizon Wireless in 2015 at the Lincoln, NE call center as a Customer Service Representative. He relocated to the Chandler, AZ call center in 2016 and since then has developed leadership, operations and project management skills working as a New Employee Experience Coach, Analyst Intern for the Chandler Operations Team, Support Coordinator, Customer Service Supervisor and completing the Future Leader development program. Patrick received his Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Engineering Management and Business from Arizona State University. He is also working to complete his Verizon Lean Six Sigma (VLSS) Green Belt Certification and his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification by early 2021.
