About Patrick Reidy

Currently Collaboration Lead for EIT Health Ireland - UK. Previously Executive Director of the Enable Research Programme, hosted by the CONNECT Centre (SFI's Research Centre for Future Networks and Communications). Prior to joining Enable I held the role of Business Development Manager for the CONFIRM Centre (SFI's Research Centre for Smart manufacturing). I previously worked with a number of Irish SME’s and a large UK based plc. where I held management roles in both National and International markets and developed an extensive knowledge base across various industry sectors through continual research and evaluation of markets. Throughout my career I have developed and maintained relationships with a varied cross section of decision makers and in my current role with EIT Health I work with multiple stakeholders including Industry Partners, Universities, Healthcare providers, Start-ups and government agencies, in the HealthTech sector, building cross network relationships and addressing challenges stakeholders are facing in this area. My educational background includes a Professional Diploma in Strategy, Development and Innovation from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an MA in Business Management, PGrad Diploma in Business Administration and a B Tech in Wood Science & Technology all awarded by the University of Limerick.
