Since the formation of Rehab Development in 2008, we have helped lead multiple successful historic Main Street revitalization efforts across NC, VA, and GA, helping Henderson, NC become the first city in the country successfully execute a Hope VI Main Street revitalization project since the program's inception in 2004. Rehab Development works hard to cultivate Win/Win relationships with municipalities, public officials, property owners, lenders, vendor partners, and neighbors.
