My career spans hyper-growth tech and sports partnerships, anchored by a passion for building great teams and memorable brand moments. As a former collegiate athlete, I’ve always been passionate about the impact of sports on culture and community. My MBA was focused on enhancing my business acumen to enable a career pivot into sports partnerships. Without prior marketing experience, I was given the opportunity at WSS to fully own sports partnerships with the Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders, and talent from multiple professional teams across different sports leading campaign execution and driving measurable success. Prior to my MBA, I spent over four years at DoorDash, where I helped scale nearly every business unit during a period of hyper-growth. Each year at DoorDash, I assumed roles of increased scope and responsibility—such as being chosen to oversee hiring through the company’s first major acquisition (Caviar), helping build its Drive and Ads & Promos businesses, and ultimately leading international recruiting strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Now, I'm pursuing opportunities that bring together my startup experience, business education, and love for sport—driving growth, partnerships, and storytelling at the intersection of brand and fan experience.
