Since the late 1990s, I’ve assisted public and private agencies with their engineering and construction management needs. My expertise includes constructability reviews, construction management, grading and drainage analysis, stormwater hydraulics, utility design (including gravity, pressurized, and dry systems), and preliminary site planning and permitting. Some of my responsibilities include preparation of conceptual drawings, feasibility studies, and plans and specifications in the public and private sectors for grading, drainage, street improvements, and utility design. Over the years, I have become knowledgeable in Caltrans design requirements, civil design of school sites and plan submittals for Division of State Architect (DSA) review, and civil design of hospital sites and submittals for the Office of Statewide Health and Planning Development (OSHPOD) review.
