With a decade and a half of face to face interaction with customers, I am constantly honing and adapting my techniques in the art of negotiations in an attempt to master my craft. I am born and raised in the East Valley and know the valley well. I take immense pride in calling myself a native and do everything I can to support our local businesses, communities and organizations. Whether it be volunteer work with Special Needs groups, assisting our local law enforcement agencies in telecommunications or simply buying local, I want to contribute to this community in any way I can.
