I love helping the Clark Kents become Supermen. I believe that the best way to be successful in business is through the development of people and culture. Employees that share your vision and are inspired by your culture will provide greater output, greater customer service, and have greater job satisfaction. Over the past 7 years working directly in Human Resources Roles I have noticed we work as teams, yet many in the HR field still look at discipline and success as individual; this needs to change. Automation of industry is inevitable, and we are currently seeing a rise in HR automation. Now more than ever we should be investing in our people and culture. I love helping employees become their super-selves. No. But, I am honest and authentic. I love that life is a never-ending learning process. I am looking to join a company that recognizes the value of culture and people development. I am currently enrolled in an MBA program focusing on Community Economic Development (estimated completion date December 2020) This program provides me the ability to study in various locations across Canada.(Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia).
