About Patrick Rondinelli

I am a 24-year veteran of management and leadership in the private sector and in local government. I am the current Southwest Regional Manager at the Colorado Department of Local Affairs. My experience allows me to provide technical assistance to local governments including counties, municipalities, and special districts. My focus is assisting local government organizations in creating strategic plans, goal-setting, creating and managing budgets, writing capital improvement plans, and managing and mediating roles and responsibilities between elected officials, staff, and the public. My other areas of strength include capital project development including financial assistance. All of these areas are rooted in my many years of involvement in and enthusiasm for management and leadership. I am a family man, an outdoor lover, and an avid mountain biker. I am adventurous and dedicated, as anybody who has biked or hiked with me can attest.
