During my Bachelor and Masters scholastics (spatial planning) at the Vienna University of Technology I focused heavily on transport/mobility planning as well as rural spatial planning. Searching for challenges in the world of urbanization and digitization led me to Storebox, the first completely digital self-storage solution in europe. With +150 outlets in 30+ cities Storebox is also one of the fastest growing tech companies & franchise systems in Europe tackling the problems of urbanization & the struggles of the last mile logistics. In my position as a project rollout manager at the company I focus on the parallel remote management of the development of new locations across the DACH region. This includes evaluating locations, calculating investment costs and scheduling planning of new locations as well as planning and managing the whole projects with great decision-making responsibilities during the actual development and finally the completion and opening of new Storebox locations. My portfolio is currently consisting of 70+ locations in 4 countries (DACH & Benelux) and is constantly growing. For more information about Storebox: Während meinem Bachelor- und Masterstudium der Raumplanung und Raumordnung an der Technischen Universität habe ich mich vor allem auf die Bereiche der Verkehrs-/Mobilitätsplanung sowie auf die Entwicklung des ländlichen Raumes spezialisiert. Im Zuge meiner Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen in der Welt der fortschreitenden Urbanisierung und Digitalisierung bin ich zu Storebox gekommen, der ersten komplett digitalen Self-Storage Lösung in Europa. Mit über 150 Standorten in über 30 Städten ist Storebox auch eines der am schnellsten wachsenden Tech Unternehmen & Franchise Systemen in Europa, welche sich den Problemen der Urbanisierung und der Last-Mile Logistik widmet. In meiner Position als Project Rollout Manager bei Storebox manage ich remote parallel den Ausbau neuer Standorte in der gesamten DACH Region. Mein Aufgabenfeld umfasst die gesamte Projektdurchführung und beinhaltet unter anderem die Evaluierung neuer Locations, Kostenschätzungen und die Terminplanung neuer Standorte sowie die Planung und das Management der Projekte mit großer Entscheidungsverantwortung während dem Ausbau und schlussendlich die Eröffnung neuer Storebox Standorte.
