About Patrick Ruyskensveld

IT professional with 20+ years of experience in Software Testing, Project Management and Service Management. I have managed major projects in a variety of sectors: Telco, Public, Finance, Insurances, Public Transport and Utilities, over a wide range of technologies, being involved as early as possible in the SDLC. This variety of roles, environments and challenges has formed me into a solid manager, bringing business value with high quality to many organisations. Besides being Prince2, ITIL and IREB certified, I am a senior coach and trainer in the test process improvement model TMMi, a test process assessor and a BNTQB accredited trainer of the Advanced Level Test Manager syllabus of the ISTQB. Next to conducting projects, my passion goes into coaching, training, auditing, presenting, setting up improvement tracks, recruiting, supporting sales tracks, doing after-care, guiding testers in their career development, and following the latest IT evolutions. I am results-oriented, striving for the best possible product quality. I like to combine listening, organizing, influencing, motivating, having fun and reaching objectives.
