About Patrick Santry

Previously, I worked as a General Manager at Follett Higher Education, where I was responsible for overseeing the operations of a bustling campus bookstore, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for thousands of students and faculty. With over four years of experience in the hospitality and airline industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge in customer engagement and team leadership. At Follett, I focused on improving store performance through excellent customer service and effective management practices. I'm also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, where I previously earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. In addition to my formal education, I'm a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida and hold certifications in both Microsoft Word 2021 and Excel 2021. These skills complement my core competencies, which include inventory control, budgeting, merchandising, and sales. I am passionate about delivering quality service and contributing to the success of any team I'm part of. I value continuous improvement and am always open to connecting with like-minded professionals. Let's connect if you'd like to learn more about my background or discuss potential opportunities.
