Throughout my progressive 17-year career in strategic IT and Information Management, I’ve established a reputation for delivering expertly designed, business-critical solutions for leading organizations. I make it a priority to align Technology and IM solutions with organizational objectives, along with improving market competitiveness, propelling productivity, and promoting high performance. As the current Director, Information Technology and Information Management at dominKnow, I’ve been proud to contribute to this organization’s award-winning success. I continue to head all IMIT transformation and infrastructure strategy for this organization, while motivating a team of system administration leads, development managers, and customer service managers. With demonstrated success on the consulting side of IMIT, for organizations such as Interis/BDO Canada and Rogers Business Solutions, I’m able to leverage my well-honed business analysis skills to improve business process flows and the management of information for both internal business units and external clients. Additionally, my extensive practical experience is complemented by a Master’s of Science degree concentrated in Information Systems Management; ITIL V3 Foundations and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications; and continuous self-directed avenues of professional development.
