Humans are born to connect with each other" goes an old saying. Most connections that lead to solid ongoing relationships come from mutual understanding of each other-what I like and can offer, what you like and can offer, what are our big questions, mysteries, and so forth, and most importantly identifying how we can work together for a common aim. This is one of the most exciting (and one of the most important) processes on which we can spend our time. I find that chemistry, or the magnetic attraction between people, is there immediately and relationship building is simply finding the common language and common understanding to bring these underlying connections into the light. I thrive on relationship building and relationship management. Through our communication and exploration we can clarify our individual goals, or perhaps begin to bring our wishes for ourselves into reality. These successes cannot be possible without the formation of those fundamental human connections, the understanding of each other's goals, language, and mutual aims. This is the work that most excites me. I measure my success by you achieving your goals.
