En tant qu’expert opérationnel et directeur de projet, j’accompagne en particulier les entreprises et les offreurs de solutions dans la bascule réglementaire à la Facture Electronique (RFE 2026), la digitalisation des processus P2P O2C et l'automatisation comptable, avec une approche axée sur les résultats, façonnée par mon expérience opérationnelle. J’ai une connaissance approfondie à la fois des besoins métier des Directions Financières, du contenu technique et fonctionnel des offres logicielles, et de la mise en œuvre des Systèmes d’Information de gestion. As a business expert and a project manager, I help companies and software vendors in the switch to e-invoicing, P2P O2C digitization and AP-AR automation, with a result-oriented approach, thanks to my operational background. I have developed deep skills in business performance management, as well as in administrative and financial process digitization and automation. By leveraging my experience as both a strong manager and a business developer, I have been instrumental in building a start-up from the ground up and then, after its acquisition by Cegedim Group, in driving significant growth to solidify the market position of a leading European SaaS service provider in e-invoicing / EDI and Purchase-to-Pay digitization.
