About Patrick Shappley

Experienced and adaptable IT professional with a solid foundation in technical support, telecommunications, and customer service, and leadership. I bring over 8 years of military experience as a team lead in outside plant telecommunications, where I managed mission-critical infrastructure and led cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. After my military service, I further strengthened my hands-on technical skills at AT & T, providing commercial and residential installation and support for internet, video, and phone services. In September 2023, I transitioned fully into the IT field and now work as a Technology Service Technician II at UPS, where I support enterprise-level systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless tech operations across departments. I hold a CompTIA A+ certification and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF). I'm passionate about providing high-quality technical support, solving complex problems, and contributing to the efficiency and reliability of IT systems. I’m excited to continue growing in IT support and am especially interested in opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact
