About Patrick Shaun Mayo

My journey in EMS began in 2005 as a volunteer firefighter and first responder. Over the years, I diligently pursued opportunities to enhance my skills, obtaining my EMT basic certification in 2008 and subsequently working for both private ambulance companies and fire protection districts. These experiences not only honed my medical expertise but also instilled in me a strong sense of dedication to serving others in times of crisis. In 2021, I transitioned into the realm of warehouse operations, drawn by the opportunity to apply my leadership and organizational skills in a new context. As an Area Manager for Amazon, I have successfully overseen the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse facility, leading a team of employees to meet and exceed performance targets while prioritizing safety and efficiency. My background in EMS has equipped me with valuable problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a calm demeanor under pressure – qualities that are equally essential in the fast-paced environment of warehouse management. I am particularly proud of my track record in fostering a positive work culture and developing the skills of those under my supervision.
