I am a dynamic and results-driven IT Manager with over 15 years of experience in enterprise application operations across Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), defense, and manufacturing industries, including 11 years in publicly traded companies. I have led key financial system integrations and supported over 75 applications that represented 30% of the application portfolio for a $10B+ enterprise. I delivered $200M in working capital improvements through system modernization, process optimization, and enhanced financial reporting. As the hypercare lead for the integration of Snyder's-Lance, a $2.2B net sales company, into Campbell’s IT ecosystem, I ensured a smooth post-go-live transition, stabilizing operations and improving sales reporting accuracy. I drove significant cost savings by improving the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, particularly in deductions management, which enhanced cash flow efficiency. In addition, I have supported major M&A and divestiture activities, such as the divestiture of Campbell’s Australian division, delivering projects on time and under budget. My role as the IT lead for the EPM/BPC rollout for FP & A and public reporting was pivotal in enhancing the financial decision-making process across the organization. The implementation of EPM/BPC not only streamlined financial planning and budgeting but also significantly improved the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. By automating routine reporting tasks, we reduced manual errors and freed up valuable resources, allowing finance teams to focus on strategic analysis rather than data entry. In FP & A, I utilize EPM/BPC, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP BW, Prophix, Oracle, and Apptio. For RTR, I leverage SAP ECC, BlackLine, and Workday for integrated finance and HR management. In Tax Management, I use Vertex, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer, SAP ECC, and Hyperion GL. My Treasury Management experience includes IT2, SWIFT Alliance, and InstaNext Aegis. I manage HR functions with Workday, and for Real Estate, I use CoStar Lease Accounting and ESRI GIS. In STP/Procurement, I enhance efficiency with Ariba, Star of the West, and SPA Concur. I also utilize HighRadius, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Workiva, AuditBoard, Citrix, ServiceNow, Stonebranch, and SAP-PO for diverse operational needs.
