About Patrick Sianga

I am a self-driven, determined, and focused team player with over 6 years of progressive experience in Social Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Data Analysis, and Project Management. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Demography with Development Studies and possess a strong background in designing, implementing, and evaluating research and development projects. I am highly skilled in the use of research and M&E tools such as KOBO Toolbox, ODK, and SPSS, as well as statistical and data analysis software including STATA, R, and Excel (advanced functions & dashboards). My expertise further extends to database management systems such as MySQL, Google Sheets for data storage, cleaning, and analysis. In addition, I bring strong skills in data visualization (Power BI, and, Excel dashboards), GIS mapping (ArcGIS, QGIS), report writing, and proposal development. I am experienced in designing M&E frameworks, logical frameworks, and indicators, conducting baseline, midline, and endline surveys, and applying both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. I also have proven abilities in capacity building, stakeholder engagement, project planning, impact evaluation, and presentation of findings to diverse audiences. My professional approach emphasizes evidence-based decision-making, learning, and accountability to drive program effectiveness and sustainability.
