About Patrick Simonetti

Being the eldest sibling of three meant that I am the ‘trailblazer’ for many aspects of my brother’s and sister’s lives. I always made sure to set the tone and strive to be the best role model they deserve as they grew up in my footsteps. One specific example of this was when I volunteered to train in martial arts with my brother, who didn’t want to do it alone. Soon after, I found myself completely enthralled and devoted to Tae Kwon Do and remained by his side until we both received our first-degree black belts. I am currently studying at the Kelley School of Business to pursue my goal of being part of a firm later in life. With the expertise, knowledge and experience that I will acquire at Indiana University, my dream job is to work as an economic consultant, branching out internationally by putting to use my certificate from the Germanic Studies department. My desire to work outside the United States has been fueled by my numerous travels across various parts of Germany and France. Furthermore, my dream is to travel across the Mediterranean and Western Europe, experiencing the various cultures and admire and enjoy the natural wonders present in these regions.
