I'd like to introduce myself with a couple of questions: How do colleagues describe you? Always trying to be helpful; Team player but can work independently; Social; Innovative; Critical; Sometimes a perfectionist; Always looking for the best solution for both company and customer. When do you thrive professionally? I thrive being part of a team where I can spar with others about solutions and software architecture. With members that respect and inspire each other. Then if objectives are clear, I work hard to achieve them. What should colleagues need to know about you? I like to work in a result-oriented way. Pretty and well performing code or handy features for the customer. I am a responsible person and tend to take problems head on. I can be quite certain sometimes, but I am always open for good arguments. In the end I’m looking for the best solution. Which 3 things would you like to see in your future project: Challenge: I’m looking for a challenge in new projects to push myself in finding new solutions and improve myself that way. Innovation/renewal: Improvements in technology are rapid these days. You'll fall behind if you do not improve. That’s why I think it’s more important then ever to take time for some innovation. Quality: In general the quality of software is improved the last couple of years. This raises expectations of the customer about the quality and stability of your software. That’s why I think it’s a necessity to spend time for quality assurance.
