Right now, I lead marketing and revenue enablement at ReadySet Surgical. We help hospitals and medical device vendors harmonize the surgical supply chain so things run smoother and patients get better care. It’s complex work, but it’s the kind of behind-the-scenes impact that really matters. I like building marketing programs that drive value and are repeatable—ones that scale, support sales, and are grounded in data. I’m big on operationalizing strategy, cutting through the noise, and making sure we’re measuring what matters. At the end of the day, I believe good marketing starts with listening, solves real problems, and makes life easier for those who are market-facing.
