About Patrick Steven

As a graduate of the MPS in Management program at Cornell University and recipient of the prestigious LPDP Scholarship from the Indonesian government, I’ve built a strong foundation in strategy, corporate finance, investments, and financial statement analysis. My career journey has since brought me to PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), Indonesia’s leading private bank and the country’s largest company by market capitalization. I am an alum of BCA’s year-long Management Trainee program, which combined in-class learning with hands-on rotations in operations, credit analysis, marketing, audit, and business development. During this time, I led a branch improvement project, conducted operational audits that drove efficiency and risk mitigation, advised High Net Worth clients on wealth management solutions, and evaluated business credit opportunities to deliver holistic financial services. Now serving as a Business Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, I work closely with business clients to provide customized financial solutions—ranging from loans and trade finance to cash management—while conducting thorough financial and industry analyses to support sustainable growth. I’m passionate about building long-term partnerships that balance client ambitions with sound risk management. Beyond banking, I have a creative streak shaped by years of screenwriting and filmmaking, with several award-winning short films to my name. I also actively engage in public speaking, writing, and teaching—skills that have strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, lead effectively, and adapt across industries and audiences.
