I’ve worn many hats in my career- Senior Systems Engineer - Processing Department / Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager / Project Electrical Engineer, Value Stream Manager - Packaging / Processing & Base Department, and Principal Industrial Engineer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges to deliver strategic solutions and new systems to enable product line growth and improved lifecycle management.You could say my key strengths are problem solving, motivating others, and building effective teams. Truly partnering with my team members to help them think differently and training new employees from zero experience to highly skilled contributors, thus leading them to attain the unattainable, is what motivates me to continuously improve in this ever evolving industry. A few accomplishments I’m proud of include: Delivered annual GSV growth of $140M by developing supply chain solutions at Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Enabled growth and capacity expansion by securing over $40M for capital projects at Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Value-added efficiency 15% with cost savings of $6M over 3.5 years by piloting and implementing a new work system to progress associate ownership and engagement at Wrigley - Gainesville Factory. Ensured smooth start-up of 50 packaging lines by successfully managing hiring, training, and development of over 230 associates at Wrigley - Gainesville Factory. Boosted OEE 170% by creating 40 Autonomous Maintenance teams at Wrigley - Gainesville Factory. Saved $3M annually by spearheading new packaging changes at Wrigley - Gainesville Factory.
