Patrick has flown all over the US to speak for companies and train and give his expert opinion on real estate. He recently was asked to be on a panel of top realtors who help over 300 families year after year at The Certified Realtor Convention coming in the next few months in Las Vegas. He has received the highest international award for his company The Diamond Award as well as Hall of Fame Award and The Circle of Legends Award. He is most honored by being selected to be The Star of the Month by his mentor Howard Brinton and pays it forward by giving back to his industry by sharing his expert knowledge through educational CDs which have been produced and distributed to realtors worldwide through Star Power, a real estate education training company and his recently published book, “Magic Selling”. Patrick generously gives back to the community and believes in paying forward to too many charities to list. He is married to Susan his wife of over 25 years and together they have 4 children Patrick Sean, and his wife Molly Johnson Stracuzzi; daughter Lauren, who works with Patrick and her husband Steven Purkey; daughter Sarah who also joined the family business and their youngest son Jack. They also have a love of dogs and share their home with Guiness their German Shepherd. They have 4 granddaughters - Lilly Grace, Ruthie, Amelia, Eleanor and a grandson, Eli!
