Additional expertise: quality assurance, calibration, nuclear chemistry, radiological controls, diesel maintenance, distillation systems, overhaul/repair of nuclear, non-nuclear mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Supervision and training of all personnel involved. Certified by the navy as a master training specialist. Proficient in PC and MAC operation, knows budget planning and project implementation and estimating, reading blueprints, contractual agreements, preventive maintenance scheduling, and energy management system programming, installation, and ops.
