About Patrick Sullivan

I am a people centric and servant leader that has the ability to create a very positive work environment and still able to motivate and inspire people to achieve extremely high results. After an extensive military career, I am passionate about continuing to serve our nation by providing quality oversight of construction projects for the federal government to ensure our tax dollars go to the quality that our federal projects deserve. I enjoy finding innovative solutions by implementing systematic processes to very difficult problems and have a track record of many award-winning projects, papers, and presentations. I enjoy always learning and can learn new skills very quickly, which has helped me throughout my Army career when each new role is very different from the previous one.
