As I pursue my Masters in Business Analytics at Wake Forest University, I am preparing for a career in data science, data analysis, or business intelligence. With an educational foundation and hands-on experience, I am equipped to tackle complex data challenges and drive strategic insights. Before continuing my education, I worked as an Integrations Solutions Engineer for a startup software company. Over two years, I honed my SQL and C# skills, troubleshooting and resolving high-priority issues related to banking, payment, and other third-party integrations. This role strengthened my technical abilities and deepened my understanding of software development, data management, and customer-focused problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, complemented by minors in Data Science and Business. My academic and professional journey has given me a strong understanding of data management principles, analytical techniques, and business acumen.
