About Patrick Tardif

I am passionate about two things: Employee development: I believe in treating each employee as an individual and understanding how to best use their strengths and work on their weaknesses in order to help them grow. I have had the opportunity to create roles that not only respond to company needs, but also match the strengths and interests of my employees. I believe in giving my employees a 'piece of the pie', meaning letting them contribute in ways beyond their daily tasks so that they feel a sense of pride and ownership. Process development: I believe that if you are not moving forward, you are falling behind. I am someone who always challenges the status quo as I believe there is always room to improve and optimize the way we work. I am a critical thinker and have had the opportunity to build a team from scratch and put in place everything from SLAs to new processes that lead to new billable services. Achievements- Took a brand new team of 3 agents and put in place SLAs, documentation methodology, coordination methodology, agent evaluation metrics and much more. The team has now tripled in size and has taken on many additional tasks making it a core part of the company. We went from simple user creation and termination ticket execution to now handling licensing, procurement, shipping & receiving, security initiatives and we hope to offer a inventory management solution in the near future- Built and presented a project to build a Virtual Test Environment which would allow our teams to validate changes in procedures and test migrations to new OSs and much more- Built and presented a project to build a Documentation Team that will allow us to standardize our documentation for all our clients, increase scalability and searchability, and allow for proper impact analysis for our project teams- Revamped a lease management program at one of our clients
