I am an executive leader and senior estimator with 25 years of experience delivering cost certainty, innovation, and operational excellence on complex projects. Today, I focus on integrating AI, digital twins, and BIM-driven construction estimating tools to transform preconstruction workflows, shorten bid cycles, and improve project outcomes in regulated and high-stakes environments such as labs, hospitals, schools, and data centers. At MTech Mechanical, I lead estimating for multi-million-dollar design-build mechanical projects, leveraging 2D/3D takeoffs, digital models, and advanced pricing workflows to drive accuracy and competitiveness. My expertise spans MEP systems, preconstruction strategy, value engineering, and full lifecycle project delivery. Earlier in my career, I began as a very successful general contractor. Then I co-founded and scaled multiple companies in biotechnology and precision medicine (Genomic Health, Foundation Medicine, SomaLogic, Inivata), raising over $5B in risk-capital and bringing transformative products to market. Altering the standard of care for millions of patients world-wide.
