Since 2017 we have focused solely on recurring subscription businesses to position us on the Danish consulting and developing market as a strong partner for all subscription-related projects. Besides being experts at developing recurring payment platforms, we focus on educating our clients in digital awareness. A subscription company is, no matter the product, a digital business and its important to understand what pitfalls to avoid and how to ensure product viability over time. Our ‘roots’ in experience-management gives us a unique insight in product development ‘for the customers’ and how to ensure viability for recurring orders. This gives our clients a unique mindset for handling their company from both a technical aspect and a customer-needs focus. Our current portfolio from 2020 includes some of the strongest subscription companies in Denmark, and we are proud to be working closely and determined with our partners to ensure their position in each of their fields. I'm driven by an inner need to see companies and its employees “realize” themselves and their common strategic vision. I thrive when and where I can be allowed to dedicate my life, my innovation, my experience and my love for companies in development. I bring experience from 3 of my own, very different companies, and a portfolio of client-companies with different communication needs, leadership strategy and customer segments (B2B and B2C). I have a unique combination of analytic- and strategic experience while understanding complex business landscapes and their development needs both communicative, strategic and customer-segmentation. My overall business objectives, for the 3 very different companies i have started over the last 10 years, are; be purposeful, innovative and ready for constant change.
