My experiences include hands on electrician Journeyman plus years in an estimating/entrepreneur role within a general construction environment. I have performed take off, solicitation and negotiation of trades for pricing, analyzed plans, specifications and other bid documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects up to I also have excellent understanding of the construction documents and ability to identify problems and issues at an early stage and generate solutions to complex problems, I like to share expertise with other members of the estimating team in an ongoing effort to develop. I am an organised and committed person as well as a strong team player, I have a proven track record of delivering excellent work to tight deadlines, I've proven my capabilities to resolve problems on many occasions during my career in solving many issues with permanent and economical solutions. My communications skills and positive attitude mean I am able to liaise with clients and colleagues to maintain ongoing business.
