About Patrick Tolchard
I began working in Sales and Marketing after completing my BAS Ecotourism & Outdoor Leadership in 2013. I spent a year working in Calgary,AB before moving to the Rocky Mountains to continue this career path. Shortly after my move I began working on building my own business with a fellow classmate and went on to complete a Diploma of Entrepreneurship in 2016. After 3 years of adventure we opened Valley Zipline Adventures. Since opening in 2017 we added a new Adventure Tower in 2018 and in 2019 we purchased 14 Off-Road Segways to create our sister company Scootin' Kootenay Tours. We are currently working on adding a new and exciting adventure at Valley Zipline Adventures for the 2020 season. In the winter of 2019 I enrolled in a Digital Marketing Course with Alacrity Academy located out of UVIC to help me with my current business ventures, which has created my new digital marketing consulting agency Digital Detour.
