About Patrick Trichilo

I am a seasoned manager, leader and strategist. I’m an expert in operational management, sales management, customer and employee engagement, training, and employee development. My passion is inventing new, more efficient and profitable ways of engaging employees to cultivate their own performance. These practices emerge into business ideas that generate incremental revenues, margins, client retention, and employee satisfaction. I find the greatest satisfaction in helping others realize their potential and achieving performance. I have worked for Best Buy for over ten years and have worn many hats in my career and as a result I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. I have numerous accolades, achievements, and awards of which I am most proud of, being selected as the 2010 Chairman’s Innovation Award recipient. Although it is a great honor, ultimately all that matters to me is that we win as a team and receiving credit is of no value to me. My responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of the sales business satisfying revenue targets, increasing margin and creating and delivering profitability. I must build and train a talented team of sales consultants, cultivate leadership, manage operational objectives and deliver top-of-class client experience which I have successfully done for many years.
