About Patrick Truong

I am passionate about programming and software testing. I wish to expand my innovative thinking and knowledge so I may evolve alongside technology. I am fascinated about on the era of technology that we live in today and what it does for us and what it can do for us. As far as skills go, I have experience in programming in the Java language, C++, Python, HTML, SQL through courses in my education as well as personal learning during my free time. Through my current contract job I had the opportunity to experience the testing side of technology. I have experience with software testing, A/B testing, black box testing, build verification testing, and ad-hoc testing. Also, I have improved my teamwork and communication skills working closely with my team members to conduct our testing duties, compile data and quality assurance reports, and meet deadlines. It is exciting to discover new bugs and observe the software's improvement rise over the course of time. In the years to come I hope to be applying my comprehension in the technology field and also to further my growth and development by learning other types of programming languages such as C#, Ruby, Visual Basic, and other languages, operating systems, and software utilized in the industry.
