About Patrick Turner
After graduating from the University of Waterloo in 2002 Patrick worked with a small consulting firm and was an integral part of growing the company in size and reputation. Patrick was responsible for the expansion of a National Retailer. Patrick joined Counterpoint Engineering in 2011 and has taken on the responsibilities of a Partner of the firm and leading the Residential Practice area. The team’s focus is on the intensification of sites and mixed use projects blending low, medium and high density residential through both subdivision and site plan processes. Patrick completed his Master of Environment and Business at the University of Waterloo in 2018 in support of his strong belief that there are great opportunities for sustainability in land development. His combination of retail, residential and sustainable development education provide a unique opportunity to see development projects differently and ensure design and approval strategies support the building and the overall vision for the site.
