As a Senior Project Manager with a rich background in process and organizational management, I bring extensive expertise in Service Management and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma. My career began at Atos, where I honed my skills as a consultant for industry leaders such as DSM, Philips, and NXP. This diverse experience across multiple sectors has equipped me with invaluable insights into functional business support, project management, and strategic operations. At Mercedes-Benz, I transitioned to the customer side of business, taking on roles from Process Expert, Business Process Modelling Owner to Product Management. This experience deepened my understanding of customer journeys and UX design, enabling me to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. Currently, at Bayer, I am embracing the challenges of the pharmaceutical industry. I have successfully led several transformational projects, including defining and aligning a new strategy (Project MST 2.0) and establishing a new Support and Change Model (Project Improve) for the Maastricht organization. My ongoing project, Project Atlas, focuses on the rollout of a Salesforce platform for the Radiology Service business in EMEA and APAC, enhancing our service capabilities and customer support. As a certified ITIL Service Manager (ITIL 2 & ITIL 3) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I am passionate about driving transformation and fostering agile, customer-focused ways of working. My adaptability and problem-solving skills allow me to navigate complex situations effectively, always seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
