About Patrick Verraes

Currently responsible for legal, compliance, corporate affairs and ESG as the Group General Counsel for Archroma Group, a global company, owned by Private Equity, with more than 4500 employees active in 42 countries and operating 30 production sites. I am a senior legal executive with extensive experience in international markets having lived and worked in Asia (China) and different countries in Europe and having a broad US working experience. I have successfully navigated and thrived in a large publicly listed company and in a Private Equity owned company. I am skilled at building and cultivating executive business partnering relationships and cohesive/diverse teams and at operating across geographical and functional boundaries. In everything I do, I use my long term experience in maximizing profitable company revenue by adapting legal resources and transactions to market and regulatory changes. I’m interested in exchanging ideas and information to serve my company and stakeholders better.
