As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, I have supported clients at all levels, from start-ups to C-suite executives. Additionally, I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have served as the President of the ICF in WA. I am is certified in multiple assessments, including Print, Leadership Circle 360 profile, Hogan, CILCA, HILCA, and is a Positive Neuroplasticity Trainer. I am also involved in coach training and am a trainer and observer for ACC accreditation. With a background that includes roles as CFO and CIO, I bring a solid commercial understanding to my coaching practice. In addition to my coaching expertise, I am passionate about the coaching profession itself. I have been part of the ICF state's executive leadership team for seven years. I have worked with leaders in various sectors, including commerce, Not-for-Profits, State Government, and the Military. My clients have included well-known companies such as Dropbox, Palo Alto, Atlassian, BloomTech, Splunk, Databricks, First Focus, and Infrabuild. Outside of coaching, I have various hobbies and interests. I make guitars and ukuleles and play a bit too. I'm an avid surfer and lifelong open-water swimmer, living an active lifestyle.
