About Patrick Viesti

I am an Order Execution Manager (Project Manager) at SAP America Inc. My current role and responsibilities focus on the procurement and build of hardware solutions to support SAP Lines of Business & customers in the Cloud. My strengths include excellent leadership with my fellow team members, promotion of teamwork, strong project organizational skills, excellent writing and public speaking skills, being able to adapt to new technologies quickly and my dedication to bringing out the very best within my team members to accomplish our project deliveries. I am a member of SAP's Autism at Work Program. I was hired as one of the first pilot groups in the program in May 2015. Some of my highlights with SAP's Autism at Work Program include speaking at the United Nations on World Autism Awareness Day in 2015, being interviewed by Michelle Miller for CBS This Morning, being part of a round table discussion on Employment and Disability with U.S. Senator Bob Casey and being on various work discussion panels to share my insights on why companies should hire people on the Autism Spectrum. I have also done various speaking engagements, sharing my personal story with school groups such as Hill Top Preparatory School, Delaware County Community College, West Chester University and many others.
